Lina Zinkevičienė has more than 10 years of experience in management, human resources and legal affairs. Her professional background includes public sector management, administration of state-owned enterprises, and the implementation of strategic and organisational change.

- State Enterprise Agricultural Data Center – Director of the Administration Department, performing the functions of Director General since 18 April 2025. She had also previously temporarily performed the functions of the enterprise’s Director General.
- State Enterprise State Land Fund – Director from 1 October 2020 until the reorganisation of the enterprise.
