Board

Formation and Composition of the Board 

Pursuant to Order No. 3D-875 issued by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania on 19 December 2023, titled “On the Formation of the Board of the Agricultural Data Center of the State Enterprise”, a new Board for the company has been established. 

The Board comprises the following members: 

Nerijus Adomaitis 

  • Role: Independent Board Member 
  • Competence: Expertise in the economic sector relevant to the Company’s operations 
  • Education: Master’s degree from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and completion of the “Applied Organizational Psychology” module at ISM University of Management and Economics 
  • Experience: Extensive experience as a Board member and in managerial roles, with specialized expertise in financial management, analysis, and auditing.

Elena Banevičienė 

  • Role: Representative of the Employees of the Agricultural Data Center 
  • Competence: Expertise in legal matters 
  • Education: Master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University 
  • Experience: Professional background in legal and managerial work. 

Kristina Indriošienė 

  • Role: Senior Adviser at the Ministry’s Department of European Union Affairs and Support Policy 
  • Competence: Expertise in governance and law 
  • Education: Master’s degree in Law, specializing in EU Law 
  • Experience: Managerial roles in strategic planning and financial management, as well as auditing, gained through leadership within the Ministry and other institutions. 

Dangirutis Janušas 

  • Role: Independent Board Member 
  • Competence: Expertise in finance, including management, analysis, and auditing 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management and Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from Vilnius University 
  • Experience: Board membership in various private and state-owned enterprises, alongside significant professional experience in financial oversight. 

Paulius Martinkus (Chairman of the Board) 

  • Role: Independent Board Member and Chairman of the Board 
  • Competence: Expertise in strategic planning and management 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, and a Master’s degree in Business Management from ISM University of Management and Economics 
  • Experience: Extensive leadership roles in the energy, transport, financial, and non-governmental sectors, with international work experience across multiple countries. Professional board member training and leadership qualifications acquired from international institutions. 

Board Governance 

The Board operates in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Board, as approved by Decision No. 6VP-1 recorded in the minutes of the Board of Directors on 13 January 2023. 

This updated composition ensures diverse expertise and governance capabilities for effective oversight of the Agricultural Data Center.
