Overview of the State Enterprise Agricultural Data Center (ŽŪDC)

The state enterprise Agricultural Data Center (hereinafter referred to as ŽŪDC) commenced its operations on 3 January 2023, following the merger and reorganization of three state enterprises: the Agricultural Information and Rural Business Center, the Distance Research and Geoinformatics Center (GIS-Centras), and the State Land Fund. Through this merger, ŽŪDC assumed all rights and obligations of the predecessor entities.

Effective 1 January 2024, the responsibilities related to the implementation of the Law on Geodesy and Cartography were transferred from ŽŪDC to the Public Institution Construction Sector Development Agency.
